Braslink offers technical support specializing in the installation and maintenance
of specific applications and/or server administration, as well as development of personalized solutions.
The service is available in the following forms: single, pre-paid, or monthly contract 1.
For the prepaid option, the customer pays for a certain number of technical support
hours to be used at his or her convenience 2.
For the montly contract, the customer pays one monthly fee 3 for the hours of technical support.
Technical support for our hosting customers is included in the hosting plans and are not charged, except for personalized applications.
