NOTE: Sites that contain or promote illegal activities of any nature, including sites that specialize in or that indirectly or directly divulge weapons, hackery, or that do not respect copyrighted material will not be admitted.
The contracted services can be cancelled at any time, with a previous warning of 30 days and as long as the request is submitted through our CONTROL PANEL.
Changes of email address can be made through the CONTROL PANEL or through a written request faxed or mailed to our company.
Cancellation or change of email requests submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.
Sites that contain offensive subjects that elicit a judicial or extra-judicial complaint will be removed from our servers. In the case of a formal complaint, the customer will be given 72 hours to remove the offensive material from their website.
If the material is not removed, all services will be suspended without any further warnings.
Sites with erotic content and sites that constantly use a bandwidth above 128 Kbps for more than 12 hours/ day will receive special treatment and do not fit into the above prices.
The practice of SPAM will automatically suspend the use of SMTP and if this practice persists, it will lead to the immediate cancellation of the hosting service.

(**)All emails are scanned with an updated list of viruses. While top of the line virus scanning programs are used, this does not guarantee that emails will be 100% free of viruses. It is always better to have an updated anti-virus program of your own for additional security. Braslink does not assume responsibility for any damages to your computer caused by viruses downloaded from emails on its servers.
